Last night we had White Chili, cornbread, raw carrots, and fresh strawberries for dinner. Wes really loves this chili, and the spicier it is, the better he likes it! Last night's was just about right for my taste. I added a cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the cornbread batter. Although it was good, it didn't taste any different than regular cornbread. Any ideas for jazzing up cornbread?
